Orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive in 11–14 business days.

If Steadura doesn't work for you, you have 90 days from delivery to return your order for a full refund — no partial offers, no restocking fees.

To start a return, email support@steadura.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label. Once we receive the insoles back, your refund goes to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If you ordered the wrong size, we'll swap it for free. Same process — just email us.
